I’ve called the Bay Area home my entire life and have always been driven by one thing: helping people feel their best. For over a decade, I worked in tech as a Digital and Product Marketing Manager—but when layoffs shifted my path, I saw it as an opportunity to lean into what truly lit me up: movement, healing, and guiding others.

My journey is personal. I was diagnosed with scoliosis as a child and spent years pushing through back pain, posture issues, and insecurities about my body. In 2020, an X-ray revealed significant spinal curvature. Instead of accepting discomfort as my norm, I committed to strengthening, healing, and moving smarter.

Through yoga, low-impact strength training, and mindful movement, I not only reduced my spinal curvature—but also recovered from knee and wrist injuries caused by overtraining. More importantly, I rebuilt my relationship with my body. I stopped “powering through” and started listening.

Yoga became more than exercise. It became my reset, my confidence builder, and my anchor.

Today, as a 200HR Certified Vinyasa Yoga Instructor, Certified Mat Pilates Instructor, and NASM Certified Personal Trainer, I combine strength, mobility, and mindfulness to help you move better, feel stronger, and build lasting confidence—without burning out or breaking down.
