“I’ve been working with Jen at Flow and Glow Yoga for almost a month now and absolutely love coming to her classes! Jen is also a physical trainer at the PowerElite Gym so she is very knowledgeable and experienced in teaching different exercises that are very beginner friendly but can be customized to become more challenging (“spicer”) if you feel up to it. I love the way she teaches and transitions between each exercise slowly but we still go through multiple exercises within the hour and I feel accomplished at the end of the class.
